Flight & Transportation Schedule
Morning Flight
- Ticket counter opens at 6:45 AM
- Please arrive and check-in for your flight no later than 7:00 AM
- Your checked luggage will be ready for you at the plane upon arrival for fast pickup.
- Provided by Jackson Jet Center
- Use the SKYTRAIN to reach All Terminals and Rental Car Center
- Trains arrive every 7-10 minutes
- If connecting to another carrier we recommend you allow yourself sufficient time for baggage check and SkyHarbor's security screening process
Afternoon Flight
- Please arrive and check-in for your flight no later than 2:30 PM
- Your checked luggage will be ready for you at the plane upon arrival for fast pickup.

Important Planning Information
- Ticket counter opens 1 hour prior to departure
- Please arrive at the airport no later than 30 minutes prior to departure.
- All passengers are required to be ready to board at least 15 minutes prior to departure or be subject to cancellation of their reservation.
- All passengers 18 years of age or older are required to have a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.

The Jackson Jet Center is your designated Arrival and Depature point. It is located on the southwestern corner of the airport.

Courtesy Shuttle: Complimentary scheduled shuttle service is provided to the 24th Street SkyTrain Station, for convenient transfers To and From Terminal 3, Terminal 4 and the Car Rental hub.
Departing Passengers from Phoenix to Safford
- SkyHarbor Airport operates the SKYTRAIN that connects all terminals and makes it easy to navigate between your arriving PHX flight and your flight with us.
- Meet the Jackson Jet Center Courtesy Shuttle at the 24th Street SKYTRAIN Station 1 hour prior to your flight with us. Reference the shuttle schedule listed above for exact times.
- Please note that the 24th Street SKYTRAIN station offers minimal seating and no restrooms. GCSA recommends guests plan their arrival on the SKYTRAIN to minimize waiting time at the station.
Driving to Jackson Jet Center
- There is plenty of parking available at the Jackson Jet Center.
- Parking is free of charge, and you may leave your car for the duration of your trip.
Baggage Information – Land and you’re on your way
Got Bags? You’ll get them back planeside. With just 9 seats on each plane and no overhead bins onboard, there’s no hurry up and wait – you’ll be on your way just minutes after touchdown.
Checked Bags:
- You may have 2 check bags at no extra cost and 1 personal item.
- Checked bags are limited to 50 lbs. each and no more than 70 lbs. total
- Checked bags must not exceed 62 linear inches (length + width + height)
- If checking more than 2 bags, an Excess Baggage Fee of $30.00 per bag will apply.
Personal Item:
You are allowed one (1) personal item such as a purse, laptop, reading materials, backpack, camera case or medical device which must fit under the seat in front of you.
Carry-on Bags:
The aircraft does not have in-cabin baggage compartment. Other than a personal item, carry-on will be considered checked baggage.
