This breathtaking air tour flies guests from our Boulder City, NV air terminal to the vast nature of the north region of the Grand Canyon and provides views simply unavailable at any other area of the park. Visitors head off the beaten path on an ATV on a thrilling ground tour through Whitmore Canyon and Lake Mead Recreation Area to the edge of the Grand Canyon North. At 3,000 feet (880 m) above the Colorado River, the sheer drop from this part of the canyon offers a spectacular view. Explore the unusual collection of desert vegetation, lush forestry, and thriving animal life. Back at Bar 10 Ranch, guests can relax and enjoy the staff’s hospitality and a decadent home-cooked barbecue lunch.
Our aircraft transportation to and from Bar 10 Ranch is specifically designed for “flightseeing.” Passengers will enjoy picturesque views over Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the mighty Colorado River from their windows inside a comfortable climate-controlled cabin.

Add A Grand Canyon ATV Tour When You Book Take the adventure into your own hands and drive an ATV through Whitmore Canyon and Lake Mead Recreational Area all the way to the northern rim of the Grand Canyon.
Boots or sturdy shoes are required (no open-toed shoes, sandals, high heels or flip-flops are permitted). ATV riders must be a minimum of 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license. One person is permitted per ATV. This is a seasonal product and only operates April 01 through November 18. Not available on Saturdays and Sundays in November.

- Land at the North Canyon air strip and board a van for transfer to Bar 10 Ranch where the outdoor adventure begins on a Polaris Ranger.
- Navigate along a 4x4 trail through Whitmore Canyon and Lake Mead Recreation Area to the rim of the Grand Canyon.
- Explore this stunning, secret, and exclusive viewpoint inside the Grand Canyon. A mere 3,000 feet above the Colorado River, it is a place very few visitors receive the opportunity to visit.
- Make your way back to the ranch and enjoy a homemade Dutch oven barbecue lunch.
- Return to the airplane for the return flight to our private terminal in Boulder City. Flight time is approximately 45 minutes.

- Embark on an ATV and travel through Whitmore Canyon, Lake Mead Recreation Area to an exclusive point of the Grand Canyon National Park. Clients will follow a tour guide through these areas.
- Explore the canyon and enjoy the majestic beauty.
- Return to Bar 10 Ranch and relax while enjoying a homemade Dutch oven barbecue lunch. Return to the landing strip for the return flight to Boulder Terminal.

- Flight to the Grand Canyon: An approximate 45 minute flight that includes aerial view of Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and the Grand Canyon
- Hotel Transfers (if selected): Pick-up from limited hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown area is approximately 60-90 minutes before flight departure (times are based on hotel location, time of day, and traffic conditions).
- Total Tour Duration: Approximately 7.5-8 hours from hotel pick-up to hotel drop-off (if hotel transfers selected)
Grand Canyon North Air/Ground Tour Itinerary
Step 1
Clients have the option to be picked up from several major hotels in Las Vegas approximately 80 minutes to 130 minutes before departure depending on hotel location.
Step 2
Clients also have the option to transport themselves to the air terminal. If self-drive option selected, passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their departure time.
Step 3
If self-drive option selected, passengers must arrive 45 minutes prior to their departure time. The drive from the Las Vegas Strip to Boulder City typically takes 40 to 50 minutes.
Step 4
Clients arrive at Las Vegas Boulder Terminal for check-in. All passengers 18 years of age and older must present a valid government-issued photo ID.
